It shouldn’t come as a surprise that Jake Kellie is recommending a fire-themed Tasting Australia event. Fire – featuring Mitch Orr, Tom Campbell and Isobel Whelan-Little – uses one of the primal cooking methods as they explore native ingredients sourced from Riverland supplier Pundi Produce.

Dining Galleries presented by Mitolo Family Farms – Fiesta
Claudette Zepeda, Daniella Guevara Munoz, Duncan Welgemoed and Jessie Spiby put on a Mexican fiesta at the Tasting Australia Dining Galleries. Fiesta features the likes of Yumbah abalone alongside signature Africola ferments and tostadas with a range of seafood and vibrant salsas.
