RAA named Australia’s most recommended insurer for second year running

Covering everything from home and contents to caravans and cars, RAA has claimed the title of Australia’s Most Recommended General Insurer for the second year running at the 2020 DBM Australian Financial Awards.   Consultants from national research agency, DBM, surveyed over 80,000 Australian consumers and business owners asking how they view Australia’s financial institutions and their products. RAA came out on top, winning the Most Recommended Insurer award for the second year in a row. Results were generated from DBM’s Consumer Atlas survey – the largest financial services consumer research survey program in Australia – and were based data collected over the survey periods in 2018 and 2019.   Chief Executive, RAA Insurance David Russell said RAA was excited about the outcome. “RAA is thrilled to win this award and be recognised on the national stage as Australia’s most recommended general insurer for the second year running. “This award acknowledges RAA’s broad range of value-for-money insurance options for customers, and the outstanding customer service our exceptional insurance team provides to the South Australian community,” he said.
