Another win for RAA Insurance
For the sixth year in a row, RAA has won the title of Australia’s Most Recommended General Insurer at RFI Global’s Banking and Finance Awards.
Formerly the DBM Awards, the RFI Global Awards recognise leading national and international financial services brands, as voted by their customers. The RFI Global Awards use data from more than 80,000 consumer and business surveys and interviews across Australia each year.
Across the award categories, RAA rated highest for Net Promoter Score (General Insurance) and Customer Satisfaction (Home and Motor Insurance).
RAA Insurance Chief Executive Tara Page says RAA is thrilled to have won such a prestigious award for the sixth straight year.
“RAA provides a wide range of insurance products to customers, and I’m so pleased to see our work recognised this way,” Tara says.

RAA has been providing insurance products to South Australians since 1923. RAA now offers car, home and contents, caravan, boat, motorcycle, trailer, and travel insurance.
