RAA on the move
RAA is there to keep members moving and is now making moves themselves. From 22 June, RAA will no longer call Mile End home.
Instead, you’ll find the team across two newly leased locations: RAA City on Grenfell Street and RAA West on Port Road.
Where are the new locations?
The new city office has been designed with members in mind and puts RAA in the heart of the CBD at 150 Grenfell Street, Adelaide.
RAA West is a purpose-built technical centre at 599 Port Road, West Croydon.
Both sites will feature modern cafés – RAA City’s 1903 and RAA West’s Refuel – and memorabilia displays showcasing RAA’s rich history.
What’s at RAA City?
At RAA City you’ll find RAA’s flagship retail Shop including the RAA Travel team, who can help with holiday bookings. There’s also a member zone where you can relax with a coffee or enjoy a bite to eat from the 1903 café.
What’s at RAA West?
At RAA West you can access Vehicle Inspections, the RAA workshop, Drive School and the Child Safety Centre, where child restraints can be fitted.
If you’re looking to book a holiday, pop in for a chat to the RAA Travel team, or browse the new retail Shop. You can also grab a snack at RAA West’s café, Refuel.
What’s happening with the RAA shops at Mile End and Hindmarsh Square?
Both Shops are relocating to the new sites: Mile End to RAA West and Hindmarsh Square to RAA City. The same great teams and the same great products and services will be there to greet members.
When will the new buildings be open?
RAA City will be open to members from 15 June.
RAA West will open from 22 June, as the Mile End team moves to make way for the North-South Corridor works.
RAA Insurance (part of Allianz Australia) will now be based on levels five and six of RAA Place at 91 King William St, Adelaide.
