The festive season may be over, but the fun has just begun. Here are the events we’re kicking off with in 2023.
1. Adelaide International

Where: Memorial Drive Park, Adelaide
Who needs Wimbledon when Adelaide has its very own tennis tournament? Head courtside to see tennis stars from around the world, like 21-time Grand Slam champion Novak Djokovic and the women’s world number two Ons Jabeur, battle it out at Adelaide International. 5. Atkins Farm Sunflower Picking
When: 28 January – 28 February
Where: Meadows, Adelaide Hills
The new year is off to a sunny start. Wander the golden sunflower fields at Atkins Farm in the Adelaide Hills and pick a bunch or two of locally grown flowers to brighten your home. The farm opened in 2021 and the idea to plant sunflowers grew from the owners’ love of gardening. Fun fact: sunflowers are the only flower with the word, you guessed it, ‘flower’ in its name. They’re also a symbol of faith, loyalty and adoration. Here’s to attracting all three in 2023.
