Quick child restraint checks

If you’re a parent, it’s likely you’ve experienced mornings when you’re rushing out the door, herding the little ones towards the car like wayward lambs.

You’re probably carrying several bags, trying to lock the door and hurry the kids into the car.

You quickly strap your older child in the forward-facing restraint before putting your little one in the rear-facing seat. Then you get in the car and back out the driveway.

You quickly tick off a mental checklist. Door locked, check; kids’ bags loaded, check; air-conditioning off; check.

Have you double checked your children’s restraints are secured properly? Whether you’re a parent or any motorist carrying little ones, it’s important to make a few quick checks before you head off.
