More Canstar awards for RAA insurance

For the seventh year in a row, Canstar has recognised RAA Home Insurance customers as the most satisfied in South Australia.
RAA has won Canstar’s 2024 Most Satisfied Customers: Car Insurance SA and Most Satisfied Customers: Home Insurance SA awards every year since 2019.
Since 2019, RAA has won the financial comparison website’s Most Satisfied Customers: Home Insurance SA award every year.
Canstar’s independent consumer survey asks customers to rate how satisfied they are in areas such as comprehensiveness of insurance cover, communication and value for money. In the home insurance category, RAA customers reported higher levels of product and customer service satisfaction than other eligible insurers.
RAA Car Insurance also took out a coveted national Canstar award for the first time: Most Satisfied Customers – National Car Insurance Claims.
Canstar awarded this prize based on survey participants’ strong positive scores for car insurance claims components: communication, process, quality, speed, timeliness, and ease of claim.
General Manager of RAA insurance Tara Page said the award was testament to the hard work of the RAA team.
